Loss is part of living. Grief is the emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual reaction to loss. Every individual will experience grief differently, for it is a very real response to life patterns that has been irrevocably changed. It is critically important how each individual integrates such unwelcomed change into their lives.

Rebalancing life is essential. It is recognizing your roll in the past, caring for yourself in the present impacts how you move into a new future. This process requires time and effort. At this point both the temporal and spiritual support systems are essential.
